WARNING: 

All sales are final, once placed, it cannot be reversed. We do not accept exchanges or returns as a result of the sensitive nature of the product sold. 

Items that may have been damaged during transit will be accepted as our responsibility. However, WE DO NOT accept liability for items damaged by USPS improper handle. We will replace the item once evidence of the damaged product is provided, and the item is shipped back to us if the fault is deemed to be our own.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

If you Select Local Pick-up You are Responsible for Picking up your order. 

Please verify that you have entered the CORRECT ADDRESS at the time of placing your order. If your item is returned to us as non-deliverable, it will be subjected to another shipping fee. ​

We take pride in providing top quality service Monday through Friday 8am-5pm with orders taking 1-3 business days to ship. Currently, COVID-19 has delayed certain shipping time and it may be longer. Weekend shipping (Saturday only) is not always guaranteed and done on our basis. We respond to Contact Forms and emails within 24-48 hours. We work hard to ship orders out the same day. However, due to high volume and peak periods, it may delayed.

Ensure your address is input correctly. We are not responsible. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

We are NOT responsible for stolen or LOST packages.

Due to weather and other conditions, packages may be delayed by USPS. However, this is not a likely occurrence. WE are NOT responsible for delays by USPS.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.  Orders cannot be modified or altered once they are placed.
